Platform Terms of Service
By creating an account, you agree to the following terms:
Non-Solicitation: You agree not to solicit, recruit, hire, or engage any Standby Assistant service provider ("Assistant") for services outside of the Standby Assistant platform. This includes, but is not limited to: requesting an Assistant's personal contact information, business website, or social media for the purpose of arranging services outside the platform; offering to pay an Assistant directly to bypass the platform; and hiring or contracting with any Assistant you were introduced to through Standby Assistant for a period of twelve (12) months following your last booking with that Assistant.
Confidentiality: All Assistant information — including names, specialties, rates, and contact details — is the proprietary property of Standby Assistant and shall not be shared, copied, or used outside the platform.
Remedies: A breach of these terms may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and liability for actual damages, lost profits, and reasonable attorney's fees as permitted under Kentucky law (KRS 417.050 et seq.). This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
